Welcome back to part two of my conversation with Alex Ray. Yesterday, Alex and I shared how we have both unintentionally created unsafe spaces in our coaching containers. Today, we’re picking up where we left off by offering how we’re now running our businesses in a non-performative, accountable, and supportive way.

The truth is there is no such thing as being enlightened enough, trained enough, or taking enough precautions to never do harm. Receiving feedback that you might not be living up to your commitments can be discouraging and overwhelming, but it’s a practice Alex and I have implemented in our businesses, and we’re inviting you to do the same.

Tune in today as Alex and I share the standards and policies we’ve created for our coaching containers to ensure they are safe and accountable spaces. We’re touching on how to have your back through all of it, why being willing to face uncomfortable conversations is necessary, and although it sounds contradictory to this conversation, what it means to be intentional about the harm you choose.

If you want to dive deeper and do the work of unearthing what makes you unique, and you want a step-by-step process for showing up in a way where people look to you as the authority and expert, whether without a niche or a very specific one, I would love to invite you to join my marketing training program, Joyful Marketing. Click here to find out more and I can’t wait to see you in there!
