There’s this bullshit hierarchy in our culture between having a day job versus running your own business, where being an entrepreneur is viewed as being somehow superior to being an employee. So, it’s no surprise that there’s so much anguish and confusion around when to quit your job if you have a business, or needing a job to supplement your business.

When the world of online business looks down on people who have day jobs, you might feel the pressure to quit a job you love to pursue something that’s seemingly “better.” But having a job that brings you satisfaction, meaning, and enrichment is just as noble as running a business, and if you’re currently juggling both, I know you’re a badass, and I’m showing you why.

Join me this week as I navigate the most common questions I hear around having a job while running a business, when it’s the right time to quit that job, and what it means if you’re seeking a job as an already established entrepreneur. I’m addressing why the current framework around this is so unhelpful, and how to shift your perspective on it all so you can feel at peace, no matter your situation.

If you want to dive deeper and do the work of unearthing what makes you unique, and you want a step-by-step process for showing up in a way where people look to you as the authority and expert, whether without a niche or a very specific one, I would love to invite you to join my marketing training program, Joyful Marketing. Click here to find out more and I can’t wait to see you in there!
