Speaking our truth is a hard and scary thing for all of us to do at the best of times. In light of the recent horrible events going on in the world, I’ve been asked to share my teachings on using our voices courageously and fearlessly to advocate for what we believe in, and I’ve got some thoughts that will help you drop the fear.
