I recently came across a very simple but profoundly moving story on Facebook by Russell Brunson. It got me thinking about my business and how it might relate to yours, and it stems from a metaphor about a leaky bucket.

Whether in your business or elsewhere, I’m sure you can recall moments or even long stretches of time where you’ve beaten yourself up for your imperfections and flaws. I’m definitely a bucket with many leaks, and I’ve spent years feeling shameful, wishing I could just be the model of perfection. But I didn’t see how my leaks were actually gifts that were nourishing those around me.

Join me on the podcast this week as I invite you to think about where the leaks in your bucket might be, and how they make you the unique leader and coach you are today. My flawed humanity is exactly why so many people have wanted to hire me and learn from me, so I’m encouraging you to notice, give thanks to, and celebrate yours.

If you want to dive deeper and do the work of unearthing what makes you unique, and you want a step-by-step process for showing up in a way where people look to you as the authority and expert, whether without a niche or a very specific one, I would love to invite you to join my marketing training program, Joyful Marketing.
