If you’ve been following me for a while, you may know that naps are something I intentionally integrate into my schedule, and I’ve unwittingly become a champion for doing things in a “lazy” way. Lately, I’ve been thinking deeply about my flippant disregard for what our society teaches us to be conventional standards of productivity, and I’ve got the perfect person to talk to about this topic.

My partner in crime on the podcast today is Kara Loewentheil. Kara is a Master Feminist Mindset Coach who teaches women how to identify what patriarchy and socialization have done to their brains and how to fix it. We’re discussing our thoughts on productivity and self-worth through the lens of patriarchy and feminism, and this conversation might be a bit of a mind-bender for some of you - like it was for me - but understanding this will be a real game-changer in how you approach everything.

Join Kara and me this week as we share our different perspectives on what the post-industrial feminist model of productivity means to us, how the emergence of the Industrial Revolution has impacted our beliefs about productivity, and why we have to do the work of delinking our worth and value to our output.

Applications for my 6 Months to Fully Booked Mastermind is opening up again! Spots sold out pretty much immediately last time, so if you want early notification of the doors opening to get in there before everyone else, click here!
