Something that brings up a lot of fear and panic in my clients is the notion of someone asking them for a refund. I’m always receiving questions about how to best handle a refund conversation and how I facilitate it in a way that serves my people, so this is what we’re diving into this week.

The reality is that if you run a business, coaching practice or otherwise, refund requests are inevitable. As a coach, especially because our work is set in such a personal, intimate setting where we’re getting to know the ins and outs of another person’s brain, this might be a hard pill to swallow. But this doesn’t mean you have to spiral in worry and anxiety about it happening.

Join me on the podcast as I offer to you that truly nothing has gone wrong if you get a refund request. I’m sharing my philosophy on refunds that has served my business really well, my best tips for creating a refund policy that feels abundant and rooted in love, and how to handle any refund request with clarity and confidence.

If you want to dive deeper and do the work of unearthing what makes you unique, and you want a step-by-step process for showing up in a way where people look to you as the authority and expert, whether without a niche or a very specific one, I would love to invite you to join my marketing training program, Joyful Marketing.
