I have ADHD, and struggle with depression and anxiety.
I can't focus on anything for longer than 20 minutes.
I'm tired all the time, so I take 2-hour naps on the regular.
I sometimes send emails to my list at 3:28 A.M., and I hate “planning in advance” with the fire of a thousand suns.
AND guess what? I still built a business that beautifully supports my family, allows me to give back generously to my communities, and has changed the lives of thousands of people across the world.
I can't follow rules, or be a “grown up” to save my life... but I did figure out some weird principles that allowed me to make my business work anyway.
